REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-20
TIME
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0830 hours,
3 September 1980.
Relax and concentrate now. Relax and focus your attention on
the building in the photograph I have shown you. Solely
and completely on the building indicated in the photograph
I have shown you. Focus, and describe the building to me.
#01: Marble floor..... gates... low wall and gates, .inside........
a large, large hanging thing on the wall...kind of left of
the center...
#66: Focusing solely and completely on present time, describe the
building activity to me at present.
#01: Empty ...see any activity...
#66: Scan the building to determine whether it is occupied.
+04 #01: There is a...some kind of workers, they're, uh...hammering
at a wall, taking something from a wall-see people......
stripping something off a wall ...some ...maintenance people,
sort of scraping or something.
#66: All right. Leave the maintenance people to do their work,
and search to see if there's any others....
#01: I don't see anybody...
#66: All right.
#01: There's nobody else there...looks stripped.
#66: What do you mean by stripped?
#01: 1 don't see any furniture... see big empty rooms ...see big
empty room with a fireplace... echoes, I get echoes... I
don't see any people.
#66: Return to the main entrance of the building, and describe to
me how the building is secured, or if the building is
secured.
#01: See four different...four different ways in...and all but
the fronts locked, just locked...open windows, on the
second floor ...but the ground windows are locked...

#66: You say all but the front door is locked.
+09 #01: Yes. It's like it's, uh, closed down. There's nothin'
there, it's like gray walls, bare floors...it's being
converted or something... being converted.... workers are
scraping and painting, some kind of conversion.
#66: Okay. I have no further questions about this building.
If there's anything you'd like to add, please do so now.
#01: Even the curtains are-are gone-just venetian blinds.....
no, they're not venetian blinds, some kind of white slotted
shade ...just empty building... that's all I got.
#66: Okay, fine. Let's draw those few impressions you have had.
#01: Okay, I saw kind of a big room, that was empty, with a very
high ceiling. And down at the end of the room, there was
like a...very large, decorative type fireplace. I'll try
to draw this as accurately as I can because the room was
empty, and probably only be the one, ..find something worth-
while.
#66: Did you feel as though you were able to scan the entire
building? It's kind of hard to tell with a big huge build-
ing, so...
#01: I'm just kind of going in and out of rooms, and they're all
empty. I had a feeling like there was something very large
hanging on the wall of the...of the entry way on the left.
Like something that's not easily removed, a very large
tapestry of some sort. That may be some new furnishing
that's just being moved in, but other than that the place
struck me as being very empty.
It's like they're renovating it or changing it in some way.
These workers are like scraping and painting in a hallway.
It's sort of like wandering through a, just a big empty
building. There very definitely wasn't anything in it.
#66: What time of day did you perceive it to be when you were there?
#01: It seemed to be late, real late in the afternoon, like...
you know, like there were more than just two workers, there
are normally... most of 'em had already quit for the day,
for some reason they quit early. And these two were still
there just doing some finishing up type things in the areas
of their responsibility. The walls were like a very light
gray, and there was this decorative thing that went around

Approved For Release 2000/08/07 :
#01: the ceiling, that was painted white. Had a very sombre look
to it, like it mighta been...you know, an older building,
but the work that had been done in it was very good, very
detailed work, you know, like there had been some money spent
on it at one time. These decorations just went around the
wall.
##66: In looking again at the overhead imagery that I've showed
you before, do you have a subjective feeling as to whether
or not you scanned the proper building?
#01: Oh, yeah... definitely, definitely did. I'll tell you why
in a minute. I got a distinct impression of the entrance way
as I went in, and I'll draw that, you know, that may secure
in whoevers minds that I was in the right building. But it's
like it had been recently stripped, you know, like all the
furniture was taken out, being converted into something else.
Get an impression that there was a clean area of the floor
here, like a big rug had been removed.
#66: Now, this big room with the fireplace that you've drawn that's
all bare of furniture as you have said, is this the room
in which the workmen were?
#01: No, they were outside in the hallway. This is a hallway out
here with windows..... gray walls..... There was a...there
were like these real light white inserts in the windows, like
to cut down on sunlight.
#66: These are the things that reminded you of venetian blinds?
#01: Yeah, but they're not, though. They're fixed in the windows.
There's like a little handle you can move the handle and
they'll go up or down a little.:.-.'..but not much, and they
let like morning light in and then late afternoon they're
slanted in such a way that it stays shaded... I'll draw
a picture of the front of this. What I perceived going into
the front of this building was a very large walkway with
about three steps at the base...like this. And then-two
very large white, vented white square things like this, with
vertical lines in 'em, and dark black stripes. You know, I
don't know if there was any depth to these or not, or if this
was shadowed, but they were these heavy black stripes, on
#66:
the face...
And where was this?
#01:
This would be going in the front door, outside.
I don't
know if you can see through these or not, because
it was just
very dark, these stripes. I was just perceiving stripes...
this vertical stripe pattern. It was probably the most
predominant thing ah?it.it the front. I got a feeling like this
was the only side with the open door, though. All the other
doors were locked and the ground windows were locked......

#01: And there was a...some kind of a round thing here and there
was glass doors.... This kind of effect. Page two...
very simple, very plain, except for the vertical stripes.
And, uh, sort of like an old building with a modern facelift.
Then the entranceway... what I got inside the entranceway, I
got a feeling like there was a...there was like a "V" some
kind of a "V" design. These are just patterns. And there
was this large hanging thing .... was looking towards the
rear. And that's all I perceived, just this big empty
entrance thing.
#66: Okay, that's page three then, you walk in and you have-
#01: Just this pattern like hits you in the face, and I don't know
what the pattern is...but just the dark and white pattern
difference, and a big hanging thing on the left. And I felt
like this entrance hall was like two stories tall, like a
cube cut out of the center of the building, center front of
the building. This might be some kind of a platform or a
balcony type arrangement.
#66: Okay. You've drawn some rather distinct lines, and a feeling
of emptiness.
#01: The whole building was empty.
#66: Okay, is there anything else you'd like to add?
#01: I got one flash, I got one flash of a room just perfectly
packed and stacked with furniture, but it went away, and I'm
not sure if I was just creating that in my mind, because I
was finding this big empty building or what.
#66: So you're saying that this room that you perceived for a
moment was a storage area, or was it a place that had
furniture aligned in what we might say in a normal array?
#01: Well, I just, I got a picture in my head of a room, a normal
room that was just packed solid with furniture, but it was
so quick, you know, it was one of these instantaneous things
that I wasn't sure whether or not it was overlay, if I was
inventing that room because I lacked furniture elsewhere in
the building. That's the reason why I didn't mention it,
because I concentrated on it and it didn't come back, so I
ignored it.
#66: Anything else you'd like to add?
#01: Predominant color of the interior of the building is gray,
light blue and gray. There's really no predominance of any
pastel colors, just light blue and gray, and it's a very
sombre building, but it's empty. It's being renovated and
it's empty. Renovated meaning, you know, scraping things
off the walls and painting and things like that. That's all
I got.
#66: Okay.
