REMOTE VIEWING SESSION #936
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data. and, as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requester.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impression during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the remote viewer.

REMOTE VIEWING SESSION #936
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours
14 September 1982. Following is a pre-session briefing to the
remote viewer. Today we will be, once again, accessing
the target in this photograph I'm showing you, the large
white building.
#32: Okay.
#66: I have some specific questions today concerning the activities
at the building. And as we come on target and begin to focus,
I will direct you to answering those questions.
#32: Okay.
#66: Do you have an questions concerning this morning's mission?
#32: No.
#66: All right.
#32: Except perhaps where you--well--I'll just go to the building
and start describing an area and you can tell me where to
go from there, I guess.
#66: And you'll tell me your position of observation, so I'll
know where you are?
#32: Correct.
#66: Okay. Let's take then about 10 minutes to prepare yourself
for this morning's session.
#66: In present time in the photograph I've shown you, is the
target building which is perceptible.
#32: I'm in a room with gray cabinets, long row, blinking
red lights, up, with drop ceiling.
#66: Roof is perceptible.
#32: It's at. the top of an elevator shaft, see..all the way to
the.ground floor., See a white thing, curved ribs of metal. It's
in a box. See little, looks like antenna arrestors or
something, nubs, sticking up through the ceiling, or sticking
in the ceiling. Something rotating, moving to the right.
I keep wanting to call it a dish, but it's not, it's an
inverted pan with a hole in the center. Spindles like, wait
a minute. It's a big square of, big square of framework
bends down into the building. That's all I'm getting.

#66: Roof area is describable from an overhead.
#32: Have flat roof, two boxes, one on each end.
#66: Tops of boxes are perceptible.
#32: Just a metal framework with covers.
#66: Explore and report.
#32: A light silver cross bars, it's an interlocking framework,
silver sheets, points of metal on the end.
#66: Function is perceptible.
#32: Just see this box looks the same all over, impression of
big holes in all sides, but covered. I don't know how to
explain that. Seems like square holes on all sides. Metal
framework, like giant ventilators, looks like big ventilators
of some kind, I don't know, just large holes, feed'down
into the building.
#66: Focusing now--
#32: Wait a minute. These are like, have thin covers like drums,
I don't, just drums, I don't know.
#66: Tell me about the thin covers.
#32: Silver metal, thin, just thin, covers four sides and top, white
framework, big holes. They all feed into a point center and
below ceiling.
#66: Okay....Now relax now. Relax and concentrate and listen.to.the
sound of my voice. Relax, relax, relax. In the target area
within one half mile of the building are individuals which are
perceptible.
#32: See a room, it's actually a suite of rooms. See one main room.
Impression of glass on two sides, both sides of the corner.
Tripods with inverted dish objects with long pointed rods,
going through open windows. Don't see any glass, just holes.
There's reflection like lenses, flashes of light, flat boxes;
stacked on tables, many patched"cords,, see things pointed
down as well as up, powerful lenses, cameras. See tape decks
there too.
#66: All right. Within--
#32: Five people, all male.
#66: --Within one half: mile of the building are other individuals
associated with the building which are perceptible.

#32: See a flash of a courtyard, multi-story building with a courtyard,
high wall or fence or something. Just people lounging around,
relaxing..
#66: There is one.
#32: Only person I see is, that I'm drawn to is perhaps 51, male,
dark hair, five feet seven inches, foreign, build, medium
build, mustache, seems to be very intelligent.
#66: Describe activity
#32: Just sitting at desk doing paperwork. Don't get any special
activity. See his secretary sitting at a desk doing paperwork.
#66: Describe his present surroundings.
#32: Official office, attached to a room with some kind of
communications. Get a directorship. feeling like director of
some-kind. Just calls people in and discusses things, makes
operational decisions.
#66: Okay, is this in the target building or away from the target
building?
#32: It's away from the target building. It seems to be an older
building, with some kind of courtyard. I see other people
from the-people here or golare part of the target building too.
,So you get_a. lot. of overlay, like in two places at the
same time. Getting a feeling of split functions like split
duties or split functions. This is different from the people
in the room with the long metal rods. Felt like I was
looking at the target building, in the room with the metal rods.
With this guy I feel like I'm part of the target building, but
I'm not there, different location, someplace in the courtyard.
#66: And ask yourself the nature of the association with the target
building.
#32: Get director, but not of the target building, just a portion.
#66: All right. I have no further questions. It is now time for
you to explore the target area on your own beyond the confines
of my questions. Do this now.
#32: It's all I get.
#66: All right, fine. Prepare to draw the perceptions you've had.

#32: Okay a drawing #1, in this box area on top of the building
are these, this is what I kept trying to describe and-I can't
describe it any other way other than, they are box openings
with like a skin, a metalized skin, that's like a drum cover,
what I call a drum cover across the openings. And They're
all truncated to a center area and they're inside part of
this cover on top of the building.
#32:(Pg #2) Separate from this, separate from this thing, I get an
impression of this, what I call upside down pan with the hole
in it. And all around the inside of this thing are double
rings. And I'm calling them., antenna, but I'm not sure if
that's what.. they are or not. But these double sets of rings
are all around the inside. I also got an impression of metal
rods sticking up through the ceiling or through the roof,
that I said they're antenna modes and they look like lightening
arrestor. type thing and those are sticking up. And the
function, which can mean almost anything. I'll write it
down in here, vectoring, whatever that means.
#66: Okay.
#32: Page #3, this is the second area, when you said within a
half a mile of the building, I went into this area and I
got all this tripoded equipment pointed at windows at this
building. And I perceived there's five people in here and
all these long nozzle like things pointed out the windows
and whatnot, all go to black boxes and tape decks and every-
thing. And there's some high powered camera equipment there.
And I got a feeling like that this is not part of that
building. This is a different thing, okay. But these
people in here have a big interest in this building.
They're within half a mile. I don't have a feeling for
exact location on this area, but I believe it is high
enough up so that the cameras have to shoot down to the
street and yet the collection equipment shoots up. And
it is.somewhere to the front of the main entrance to this
big building. And the other area I went to was just an
office co-located with some kind of comm center or
communications-center in another building with a courtyard with
high wall around it. And that's where I described the guy
that has something to do with this building. And I get
strong feelings of like dual roles or split functions
and he's directing something that has something to do with
this building.
#66: Okay.
#32: And that's basically it.

#66: Okay, fine. Anything else you want to add?
932 I think the second area that I drew in drawing #3, it's
got a totally different feel about it. And I think this
might be an agency or somebody that belongs to the US Government,
collecting against this. building--
#66: Rather than--
#32: --Rather than whoever the foreign people are in this building.
See"us" .Idon't get a foreign feeling with page #3. I get
an feeling.
#66: You did say though, in the other--office area---
#32: In the other office that is definitely foriegn and it is definitely
part of this building.
#66: OK.
