SUBJECT: Proposed Executive Committee Meeting Topic: Career
Trainee Program
1. Attached is a paper from Evan Hineman which raises same essential
questions about the objectives and scope of the Career Trainee Program.
They are worth further consideration by the Executive Committee.
2. I have attached, also, some extracts from.the History of the JOT
Program to give some feeling for previous debate on rand experience ~~-ith
the Program.
3. I ask that Harry Fitzwater have Q Director.of Training
and Education, pull together Directorate viea~s and present recommendations
to an Executive Committee meeting after the first of the year.
