1. Pursuant to your instruction, we are reducing our travel authorizing
officials to the following:
2. The only blanket travel orders in OTE are in effect for the Director
and Deputy Director of Training and Education.
3. Updated authorizations for OTE personnel will be provided the Office
of Finance.
