SUBJECT: Future Utilization of Room 711, CofC Building
1. It is the present plan of the Office of Training and
Education (GTE} to turn over Room 711 in the Chamber of Conrnerce
Building to the Office of Medical Services (OMS) as soon as the
new classrooms on the fifth floor are completed and reedy for
OTE occupancy. This Office will periodically keep you advised of
the progress of this construction project.
2. Our,agreement to transfer Room 711 from OTE to Psychological
Services Division, 0t1S is based on our current forecast of require-
ments and resources available. Obviously, unforeseen new requirements
could conceivably make the transfer difficult.
