He feels that we do not want to be accused of roselyting but that we must act quickly. Finally located asked him to call General Bradford and if any policy matters were involved to call Mr. Dulles first. Talked to at some length about the more recent and confirming information. Called ivr. Dulles. With his o,.k. tried to get Admiral Souers or Admiral Dennison, neither of whom were available on Saturday.
