financial reasons his wife did not attend the r'ives' Week. Mr. Bannerman
assumed that actual and necessary expenses in lieu of per diem as provided
In the Standardized Government Travel Regulations would be payable to those
who requested it during the period of Wives' Week. He suggested that the
check sheet for briefing and so forth of those attending the Harvard course
include the matter of per diem versus actual and necessary subsistence
expenses during Wives' y?Week.
