ached Is a proposed letter for your signature
to to Director of the joint Staff, JCS, regarding
speakers for our Midcareer Course. Last fall we
arranged through DIA to give the Midcareerists
several briefings on military topics, one of which
is presented by an officer from the Strategic Plans
and Policy Division of JCS. The most recent JCS
officer to address the Midcareerists asked that
hereafter we channel requests for speakers from
his Division through the Director of the joist Staff
rather than through DIA. The attached letter will
accomplish that purpose . DIA agrees with this change.
