SUBJECT:
In an effort to answer the 18 and 21 July 1966
letters from to Mr. Helms, Personnel
checked with Colonel White's office where a paper re-
garding the recruitment brochure was under considera-
tion. Colonel White asked Personnel to give him both
letters from I and stated that he would
prepare the reply. Mr. Bannerman and Mr. Warfield
were so advised at the Noon Meeting today.
