1. After long discussion, Taiwan has appointed four guerrilla leaders in the
Pearl River a Nast River o West River and. North River areas, The only known
apooluteo is CHflEN P"a+i j' former commander of the Kwangtung provincial
forces and a native of Maoming (110-53, 21-45)s as commander in southwest
Kwangtung. All guerrilla leaders are Taiwantreined and are to be responsible
for heien administration in the event of a Nationalist offensive on the main-
