Reference is made to a meeting between Intelligence
Research Specialist (IRS) Daniel Boyce and Mr. Mark IKadigan on
January 25, 1984, concerning documents seised by U. S. authorities
in connection with the recent Grenada invasion.
We are reviewing certain documents made available
by Mr. Madigan for information demonstrating the extent to
wLich Cuban, Nicaraguan, or Soviet activities in Grenada:
-- influenced or impacted adversely on the
United States national defense;
