Q
Thank you very much for arranging our trip to the Central Intelligence
Agency. Your assistance and cooperation was instrumental in
allowing our group to visit the agency. We sincerely appreciate
the assistance you and your office gave us both before and during
our visit. Let me say that all the speakers were very interesting
and informative, and all those who attended were very impressed.
I was sorry we had such a small turnout, but those who did attend
mentioned that they got a lot out of the presentations.
Again, thank you very much for your assistance and cooperation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Sincerely yours,

I am at James Madison University. STAT
We are planning~ld trip to Washington sometime in March and would like to
request a briefing at the Central Intelligence Agency. I contacted) STAT
about this matter last week and he suggested that I write you and give a STAT
description of our organization.
STAT
We have tentatively set our field trip for either Friday, March 19, 1982, or
Friday, March 26, 1982. Our group will include approximately fifteen students
and two faculty sponsors. So far our trip includes a visit to the Pentagon
where we will visit a professor from James Madison University who is now
employed by the Pentagon. We would also like to visit the Central Intelligence
Agency in order to get a better understanding of a federal agency.
If you feel that such a visit would be feasible on either of the dates I have
mentioned please contact me. If the dates I mentioned are not suitable ]please
feel free to offer alternative ones. Your assistance in this matter will be
greatly oppreciated.
