Thank you for your letter of 14 March inviting the Director
of Central Intelligence to testify at the Subcommittee on
Criminal Justice's 28 March hearing on intelligence personnel
protection legislation (Parts G and K of Title X of S. 1762 and
related bills). The Director has asked
Director of the Intelligence Community
Staff, to represent him at the hearing.
