ESTABLISH A PROGRAM TO MONITOR USAGE OF PACKAGING SUPPLIES AND
MATERIAL ON A YEARLY BASIS, INCLUDING A RLORDER CYCLE
1. ACTIVITY THIS PERIOD
A general overview of the program was presented to C/P&PS and initial tests were conducted.
2. PROBLEMS AND SHORTFALLS
A few data elements need to be added such as suggested vendors.
3. PLANS FOR THE NEXT PERIOD
Plan to have C/P$PS and othe~-7personnel visit Building and conduct extensive
testing of the program.
4. LANG-TERM OUTLOOK
Promising. With a few changes/modifications and after evaluation of user friendliness system is a
possibility.
