Stated there would be no Assistant Directors' Meeting on Monday, 2 February; however, he did wish to meet with the ADs on Monday, 9 February. There will be a meeting in the Director's Conference Room at 10:15 on 2 February to discuss problems concerning the Far East. Those in attendance will be: Messrs Dulles, Wisner, Becker, Wolf, Messrs Helms, and Amory. to advise that the Secretary of State had requested that not until after he (Secretary of State) had had an opportunity to taj-K to him. 25X1 25X1 25X1 b. Asked to determine (1) when was scheduled to arrive in Washington, and (2) when it would be conven en or o 25X1 spend some time with our people. Mr. Dulles also asked to remind him c. Stated that Col. White had reported by telephone that the cost of establishing the project, in all probability, could be reduced to half of the original estimate. b.
