Caribbean during the next month. This is a matter of some con- cern to Defense. DIA has sent warning notices to the appropriate commanders in. the region. Two examples are attached. (S) Attachment 3 contains some comments and examples of recent DIA counter-terrorism production that may be helpful to the DCI in summarizing recent material that would be germane to the DCI's forthcoming threat assessment.
