In response to reference memorandum, I would be delighted to. address
the FBIS bureau chiefs while they are at Headquarters for their annual
Conference. The time mentioned in reference memorandum--Thursday,
21 April, from 1500. to 1550 hrs in Room 6E 13 Headquarters--is fine with
my schedule. I also accept your invitation to join the FBIS officers for
a cocktail reception on the same date, and am looking forward to meeting
with your bureau chiefs and officers.
