PSD Hqs.
Washington, D.C.
STATINTL
DEC 1971
1. In a telephone call to Mr. Terman, GSA, this date
to get status of our request to GSA to arrange for surveys
at these facilities, Mr. Terman stated that Mr. Schick of
his office had been in touch with Mr. George Williams, EPA
Office of Water Programs, Philadelphia, Penn., this week.
Mr. Williams had (according to Mr. Terman) told Mr. Schick
that he would get in touch with me the next time he is in
town regarding his schedule for making the surveys. Although
GSA has been told that the are to arrange for these surveys
on our behalf (at suggestion) they have
acceded to Mr. Williams' preference and suggestion that he
contact us directly about his schedule for these surveys.
2. I have been calling Mr. Terman periodically re-
garding the proposed schedule of Mr. Williams.
3. I will continue to keep Mr. Terman's office involved
when Mr. Williams calls me.

We agree with the Central Intelligence Statement of Background Data
of July 13, 1971, that the proposed garage at CIA Headquarters. Langley,

we may avoid any delays in our continuing development of your garage.
Sincerely,
Signed A. F. Sampson
