a. Stated that (1) Mr. Green from State would be available for a per-i.oc
of approximately two weeks to discuss our career management program; (2) he
desired that Mr. Hedden go over this program with Mr. Green; (3) asked
Mr. Hedden to see him prior to the discussions with Mr. Green since he (the
Director was not quite satisfied with the program as submitted. c'c'

b. Stated that we could not delay discussions with State on the Ghinesr
Nationalist problem and as soon as has submitted his plan, 25X1
he wished to set up a meeting with State on this matter. He indicated a

a. Stated that he and Kingman Douglass had talked with General Canine
concerning "Thirdarties"" and they had agreed to the unilateral approaches,
provided a report was made of such approach. He also noted that the,,, wished
