The Director briefly discussed the presentation to be given before the House
Appropriations Committee.
a. Stated that Mr. Foster had received a call from Senator Moody concerning
a certain subject and asked whether he should get in touch with Senator Moody.
The Director stated it would not be necessary for us to call the Senator and
noted that Mr. Foster would, in all probability, get in touch with us.

c. Stated that Ellsworth Bunker, the former Ambassador to the '_rgentine,
was coming in to talk to us on this area.
d. Briefly discussed a conversation that took place with Ambassador Allan
at yesterday's luncheon. The Director noted that he would call i:r. Allan orior
to his (the Director's) departure on the 27th.
