PRESENT: Messrs. Dulles, Wisner, Wolf, Becker, Hedden,

a. Briefly discussed the possibility of our using a portion of the

c. Noted that in the weekly Cable Summary for the President there was a
State cable indicating that Pakistan would go to war with India and that he
wished to discuss this matter at greater length at the briefing this morning
prior to going to the White House. Mr. Wisner undertook to furnish any
information his people might have on this matter prior to D/DCI's Presidential
briefing.
b. Raised the question of Gen. Gruenther paying us a visit while he was
here. After some discussion, 11r. Dulles asked hr. Wisner to get in touch with
him and request that he give a short briefing to some of our senior officials
if at all possible.
c. Reported that the item in the Log of 25 larch referring to c.i_shar:mn,-

not been reported properly since there had no been any ' igh level
