On 26 '-,-,arch 200 tons of cement vere shipped in four railroad cars from Peiping to IIsienyang (108-140, 34-20) for transshipment to the Norfihraest Telecommunications Administration at Lanchou (103-41, 36-03). 2. In late '..arch the Communist petroleum company at Lanchou was planning to build two underground oil depots, one with a capacity of 1,000 gallons and the other of 2,000 gallons, in the Lanchou area. 3. In early I.. arch the iron works plant at LIukden and the oil refinery at Chirthsi (120--38, 110-56) were dismantled and removed to Northwest China. lc., In mid-Larch the Peiping-.aukden Railroad discontinued the shipment to '1 . churia of crude oil produced at Yumen (97-13, 40-18).
