Approved For Release 2003/010 4(W01 676ROO2300060049-0 25X1 25X1 25X1 25X1 25X1 Wednesday, 3 October 1911 Colonel II reported that he was holding up further prepara-- tion of a paper pending receipt of an intelligence annex of a paper prepared by HICOG. NOTE: A resume of this annex was recently received by cable from Mr. Reber raised the question of the dissemination of the Minutes of the PSB Meetings and stated that in his opinion an indi- vidual of CIA should be charged with furnishing DCI and D/DCI staff 25X1 support on PSB matters. Mr. noted that the few papers we had received to date from the Board for comment had been sent to 25X1 DD . After further discussion it was suggested that possibly Mr. 25X1 could be a ointed as the above-mentioned CIA Staff Support Officer. Mr. noted that in addition to this it might be wise to reques D I and/or D/DCI to discuss PSB meetings at the Deputies? Meeting, and he would undertake to furnish such discussions to the interested offices of the Agency. Mr. Reber also raised the question of OCI/ONE relations and 25X1 indicated that State was "unofficially afraid" that CIA intelligence productions taken as a bulk were beginning to smack of old ORE 25X1 studies. In this connection, Mr. Inoted that Mr. was scheduled to survey both of these Offices and he would mention 25X1 State's fears in this matter. 25X1 Approved For Release 2003/ S 01676ROO2300060049-0
