Colonel Hansen stated that 0 had again
written to Trubee Davidson regarding our one-time employment
of F_J noted that the DCI had stated
that it was not incumbent CIA to reply to any
letters. In this connection Mr. stated that Colonel
Edwards was interested since
it was believed that he might have information which would
be of use to CIA. Hansen will discuss this matter further
with Edwards.

paper on project procedures, which in his opinion bears

Mr. 0 noted that the Fair Employment Board
had recently met in the case of a colored employee who had
charged discrimination. 1 ile the Board determined there
was no basis in this case, some interesting statistics
were developed as to the number, grades, and assignments of
negroes employctd by CIA. Colonel I noted that the DCI
was interested in this subject and recommended that the
above statistics be shown to him.
