The Director spoke about NSC Senior Staff ieetings anc
said that I office was becoming a little touchy about the Senior
Staff and our attendance. The Director will attend with Dr. Langer
on Tuesday and has asked the DDCI to take Dr. Langer with him on
Thursday.
In regard to Mr. Reber's item in the log, He: new
personnel in G-2 after 15 July, and the possibility that this will
simplify our dealings with them on scientific and technological
intelligence, the Director said he thought it might be a good idea
if Mr. Jackson and General Bolling dropped in one one of their
meetings.
The DCI stated that when anyone came back-from the field
after a mental crackup, he should be interviewed by the DCI or
one of the Deputies, and he feels that we should do everything possible
for such cases. In this regard, he asked that a telegram be sent to
the OSO man who has recently returned as a psychiatric case.
