Various JCS Indians are presently discussing the matter with Mr. 0 DCI stated that he wants no more discussion and that the JCS can take it or leave it. He further stated that if there hac to be discussion, it should be only with himself or the D/DCI and under nc~ circumstances with 0/PC. Mr. Jackson stated that the proposed LOOK article could be very troublesome and might even embarrass the government. There is a chance that Fritchey may be able to solve the matter. Mr. Jackson will talk to Col. Hansen in regard to Fritchey and will determine whether it is better to let him go ahead or whether the DCI should call Gardiner Cowles.
