The rep 'rt does not indicate any changes m the Lily vellerte of
leve traffic over the last report' See
The influx of many officers continued throughout the
servation, and it can be stated with a fair degree *f
c rtainty that all officers processed through the Hofbauer Kaserne
in Frankfurt/Oder came to the Soviet Zone of Germany for the first
time,
The shuttle-train probably carried soldiers, due for discharg
to the U.S.S.R,
Compare witL previous information on the rrival of enlisted per-
sonnel aboard tw* trai s during the second half of November. See
? . It is possible that the empty estbound shuttle
train ebserved on 6 December was to pick up additional personnel
for shipment to the Soviet Zone of Germny. It must still be de-
termined whether the new personnel are specialists, recruits,
coming in behind schedule, or personnel assigned to new units, the
activation of which seems probable in view of the increased volume
of incoming shipments of artillery pieces and AA gens,
