The Soviet Control Commission ordered the Halle, Erfurt, and Magdeburg
Reichabahn Directorates via teletype to send 660 flatcars of 17.3 and
60 tons to Brest-Litovsk by 20 December 1950. Halle was to furnish 400
cars, r? fort 170, and flagdeburg 90.
Elements of three artillery and two armored corps were to be loaded on
the flatcars between 20 and 26 DoCember and dispatched as reinforcements
for the Soviet Group of Occupation Forces Germany.*
