Mr. Reber said that he had received a letter from Adm. iohnson
recommending abolition of the IAC Standing Committee.
Mr. Dulles reported that the paper on psychological warfare
had been sent to the president and would probably be signed at an
early date.

Mr. Dulles reported a discussion with Dr. Vannevar bush concernin
the latter's idea for a new agency to handle all intelligence matters,
psychological warfare and security, and believes that he talked him out of 4t.
