The only item for the Assistant Directors meeting was to be a
statement by Mr. Wolf on emergency planning.
Mr. Reber raised the question of whether CIA sent estimates
directly to the War College or whether they went through the militar;V
services. It was agreed that because we had been sending them directly
in the past we could do the same on this material.
Mr. Reber said that he was not taking any action on 1'ISC 29 unt:
after Mr. Wolf had discussed it with Mr. Jackson and the Director.
