10 On 1 November PAN Tzu-nien brother of PAN Hannnien and
head of the Educat on D partment of the South China Sub-Bureau., accompanied
by SUN Jen-yun (-~j, ~:- - ), an official of the Sub-Bureau, arrived in
Macao. They stayed with K'O Lin, head of the office ol' he Ci.iuot3e Cor,r.unist
Special Cor issioncr for L;acao.
2. On 6 November FANG Fang., a secretary of the Sub-Bureau and KUANG 0h'un-ch'ih
its Political Director also arrived in Macao. K'O Lin called
amectin at his office to plan to further the 'Cc munist anti American
program. This meeting was attended by PAN, SUN., CH'. V ter and leaders of
business and labor organizations in Macao.
3. Follotivi the meeting FANG went to 5hihch'1 (113-22., 22-30) and KUA14G
remained in Macao.
