You will recall that I suggested some time back that we require Headquarters'
components when they identify requirements to identify slots along with them. Alter-
natively, we could, for the short run, use the Support Officers Development Program
slots that are still vacant to accommodate these people; although that method of
solving the problem would not be available to us for long.
Again, we could still retain centralized control and perhaps better control
than we do now (since these people still carry SJ' labels) were we to attempt to get
them slotted where they are working and give them the SD label.

our T/O or allow DD/S&T to slot him on theirs. Do you have any preference?
