1. Discussion with O/RR Executive Officer, of the reassign-
ment of O/RR personnel. It was agreed that all other offices in CIA kould
channel their requests to the Personnel Division and that office should 25X1
tell anybody of the conditions for 25X1
2. Discussion of the letter to General Marshall which will be dispatched
today after it has been concurred in by Mr. Il and checked by the Staff. 25X1
3. Discussion of the IAC agenda with particular reference to essential
elements of information (intelligence requirements) and the Watch Committee,
which will be raised by the Army.
b. Mr. Reber reported on his meeting with Adm. Johnson and Capt. A"alpa5s
and said that he had had a satisfactory discussion with Mr. Armstrong of State
on the subject of intelligence coordination.
5. There was discussion of the announcement of Mr.
