1, The secretariat of the SDA Central Council at 29 Stuttgarter Strasse,
Frankfurt/hal% is staffed with five to seven functionaries. They
carry the title of secretaries and are in charge of the various sections.
The organization section is headed by Frits Pospiech, the enterprise and
mass organization section by Horst Bojo, the indoctrination section and
the youth section by Hans Thiel, and the ,mmenlis section ir Bis.Pospiech.
There is also a secret section which deals with matters pertaining to the
SPD. Its secretary is still to be appointed.
2. It is planned that the Central Council shall be composed of 4g delegates
from the various State Councils, including four delegates from Schleswig.
Holstein, two from Hamburg, eight from Lower Saxony and Bremen eight
from North-Rhine-Westphalia, four from Hesse, six fram Rhineland-Palatinat
two from the Saar, eight from Bavaria and six from Wuerttembero-Baden,Hobe.

various places, frequently at Duesseldorf and Stuttgart. Sat functionaries
wbo went to Stuttgart for this purpose on 21 July 1951 included Horst
Dojo, Fritz Pospiech? and a driver. Their arrival was announced by telegram
which read; *Arriving at 64 Stop. Inform Albert. Stop. Robert.* *

in the SDA? although personally he remains in the background, Robert is
