1. Chani Airfield closed at 7:00 aom. and opened at 11:00 a.m0 Lanchow Airfield
closed at 6:35 a.m. and opened at 10815 a.m. Sian Airfield closed at
6:25 a.m. Nanking Airfield opened at 6:17 a.m.
2. At 12:51 p.m. a ?PU..2 left Nanking for Tsingtao where it arrived at 2:55 p.m,

Training missions flown on 29 Augusts
a0 Harbin' 3 plenes flew with LUNG Tines ( ,~'" ) ) as flight leader,
at altitudes of 1,300 to 5,000 feet.
b. M achi akou: 10 1I G-15 a s and 1 YAK-12.
C. Shy hu.u TU 121s, i YAK 12 and one other plane.
d. Wascgkang: 19 planes, 9 TU.2's with PA.I Ch'ing-shao (+7 3 '~ ) a
flight leader.
e. Mutanchiang: plane piloted by TS'AI Shan-huon with ten Soviet passengers
aboard flew from Lankang Airfield to Chuho (127.56, 45-14), to
Ilankang (129-229 44-18), and back to Lankang., At Hailang, Wenclnm
and Lankang Airfields 6 MIG-15es, 12 Type-99 trainers, 2 YAX_17ts,
1 TAK-19 and 14 trainers also flew.
f. Anshan: from 7:00 a.m. to 1-000 p.m. 15 MIG'151s and 2 YAK-17'e
with CH.U K1o-ying as flight leader flew from Anshan to Heishan,
Panshan and back to Anshan. The same plenes then flew to Yink9ou.
Kaiping, and back to Anshan at altitudes of ~QO to 12 000 feet,
Chohsien: 6 MIG-91s flew,,
HeIncheng: 1 TAK 17 and 1 MIG-15 flew.

5:02 a.m. 9 'It&-21s with LI Chia lin as flight leader, will fly at altitudes
of 1,300 to 5,000 feet. From 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, 7 planes with LUNG
Ting-ciao as flight leader will fly at altitudes of 1,300'to 5,000 feet.
b. Mukden: civil tranport number piloted by Fi-srh-to-ni-klo (ICJ . ) ,*j )
to Voroshilov and Port Arthur. This plane will be on a regular run from
29 August through 7 September.
c. Anshan: 2 YAK-17's with SAO lien-chin as flight leader, will fly at al-
titudes from i,600 to 32,000 feet.
d. Antung: 16 MIG.l51s, with Pei--lien-yeb fa as flight leader, will fly at
altitudes from 32,000 to 4o,000 feet.
