The station building is intact and is 50 to.60 m long. The switching service comes from two switch boxes. Twelve lines run into the area of the station building. Approximately one km west of the railroad station the road bridge, which has a span. of about 200 in, crosses eight rail lines. See Sketch No.l. 2. The freight station, which is about one km long, lies south of the bridge on the stretch to Kolomyya (48-32N, 25.-O3E) and Chernovtsy (48-18N, 25-55E). The freight station has five ramps. At the station there are two water towers, one.in the area of the repair shop, the other farther eastward. 3. The buildings of the repair shop were partly destroyed by the war and were rebuilt in 1946-1947. The personnel works in three shifts. The day shifts each employ 250 civilian workers. In addition, one thousand PWs are still employed to some extent in the shop.. Locomotive repairs were begun in October 1947. See.Sketch No. 2. Locomotive repair shop (see also Sketch 2), about 200 m south of the station buildings. Area is about 100 x 300 m. Road bridge about 1 km southeast of the station building, 100 m north- west of the branch-off line to Kolomyya.
