The North Korean Labor Party is 1ooing control of the Democratic Youth
Alliance., Democratic V'i'o;r~an; Alliance,, 2''ar ti re Alliance, and the labor

to reassert its power and generally to assist the war effort by
dominating labor, political, and religious organizations; to procure
military supplies, to repair roads, to expedite agricultural production,
to assist the families of North Korean Army personnel, and to spread
propaganda.
2. The current propaganda of this association stresses that the United
Nations are requesting peace for the purpose of strengthening their
forces and rearming; this objective will be countered by the reinforce.
ment of the Chinese Coumnanist Army and the receipt of much additional
support from the U;SR., thus assuring, an ultimate Conunnunist victory.
