It, Gn 20 May, the Hindenbur; Kaserne on August-Bebel- trasse quartered only a rear
detail of about 50 men who wore redbordered black epaulets,, including some
with tank insignia. No vehicular traffic was observed.
On2O May, the Hofbauer Kaserne at the intersection of Birt?baumsmuehlstrasse and
Schubortatrasse quartered not more than EEO soldiers who wore red.-bordered
black epaulets a No vehicular traffic was noticed.
6 On 20 Nay, the 11or?n Kaserne on Kuhnonstrasse quartered a rear unit of about 60
troops who wore red-bordered black epaulets, some with tank insignia.. No
motor vehicles were seen.
On 20 Lay, the Ziethen Kasorne on Kopernikusstrasse was occupied by only a.
rear detail of about hO soldiers who wore red bordered black epaulets with
tank insignia. There was no vehicular traffic.
8. Prior to 20 Lay, no changes were observed with the komendantura on Puschkin-
strasse3. (2)
At about 3 pon4 on 16 ray, about 30 trucks loaded. v.ith bil..letir, , equipment stood
at the ?rtil:crie Kaaserne, Since source saw no loading operations at the
railroad station, he concluded that the trucks departed for Lieh erose (Ii 52/A h?9)
