1. An atmosphere of war is prevalent in all of Rumania and especially in the
Consta.nta, Galati, Iasi, Oltenia and Banat areas.
2a Fortifications are being built along the Olt Rivera Rumanian engineers are
building these fortifications under the supervision of Soviet engineers.
3. Underground munition depots have been built in the mountains about 10-15
kilometers from Bacaua
bo Recently anti-aircraft artillery emplacements in the Bucharest area were
increased.
