Soviet troops are allegedly located at I .atop-Phdvar. A Soviet generwL, with two Soviet colonels and two other field--grade officers, was seen at ' 'atonal i during the last week of June 1951. 3. A bqracks and a hotel at Pecs have been evacuated, allegedly to make room for Soviet officers and troops who are expected to arrive there. v The rumor is c'weulating in Budapest that the supreme co and of armed forces in Hungary bas been given to a Russian general named Svetaev (or Towetayev) 5.
