1 a Prior to r j!ay 1951, the Flak Kaserne on Luobsche Strasso ismar (M 5l/T f ,9),
which is difficult to observe, was occupied by only about 900 infantry
troops and 400 to 500 artillery troops. On 26 April, a convoy of 1 personnel
carrier and 20 trucks, occupied by 300 to 350 infantrymen and tovrin; 4
artillery pieces of about 70 , entered the installation, having corA
from the direction of Schwerin,, Seventeen of the trucks were nunbered:

lieutenant colonels, 6 artillery majors, 2 infantry majors and nu serous
companyo--grade officers. Five platoons of about 30 infantrymen each sere seen

trymen and 80 artillerymen were drilling in the billeting area.. A radar
set with ears, connected by a cable to a truck, was seen in the southeastern
