1. Reference is made to a 29 September 1975 request '
from Mr. Elliot Maxwell, Senate Select Committee Staff, to
of the Office of Security, for certain
documents from of Security soft file entitled
"LSD," which Mr. Maxwell has reviewed.
2. Forwarded herewith are three copies of the docu-
ments requested by Mr. Maxwell. These documents are un-
classified, and primarily relate to the incident involving
the drug-related death of Mr. Frank R. Olson. They are
part of a package which was recently prepared for the Olson
family by.the Inspector General and were declassified by .the
Director of Central. Intelligence on 24 July 1975:
