Services Staff as stated by AD/PC in paragraph 2. of Tab P. This questien
goes beyond the natter of collaboration with Technical Services Staff with
whom liaison has been established in order that Project Artichoke may benefit
'by any developments they may run acrois.

been discussed with Dr. .5:=ID. and a basis for agreement has leen-reached,
we are prepared to undertake the field. testinF: once the more fundamemtal
