worked out, a general time schedule was prepared and all necessary
operational instructions for PROJECT were issued.

shrewd, guarded and clever. �

'sultant continued his background probing stressing subject's education,
scholastic knowledge and personal views on topics of general interest. Sub-
ject again was cooperatiye and rapportiseemed well established. This session
ended at 12:00 noon.

7. On Saturday, 28 August 1954, at 10:00 A.M., a general conference
was held in Onerations Officer's office and the case reviewed. It was

:hiatric Consultant's report) and in general appeared somewhat ccnfused in reard
to the preiaan day's activities but no antagonism waa noted. Teste vers
