In accordance with the provisions of Freedom of Information policies, I respecthilly request the following
public documentation with regards to the employment of Elissa Blair Slotkin, who served at CIA as a Team
Leader of Iraq in Iran Cell, a Special Field Assessment Team; Intelligence Briefer to US Ambassador to
Iraq, and a Political Analyst between 2003 and 2005 'and between 2006 and 2007;
A comprehensive job description of the position(s) held by Mrs. Slotkin including clarification of
who Mrs. Slorkin reported to in each position.
Any and all records of Mrs. Stotkin's employment including dates of hire, promotion and leave, an
job titles held by Mrs. Slorkin and details regarding their reason for departure from CIA.
Mrs. Slotkillis personnel file, including any and all personnel action reports, disciplinary
reports/actions, complaints filed against Mrs. Slotkin, and employer reviews of Mrs. Slotkin.
