3. VSS DINNER:
Because of General Eisenhower's recent heart attack, the
VSS dinner (WAR #33, 25 October 1965) has been postponed.
The Committee hopes that it can be held some time in January
1966.
4. THE WAR OF THE FLEA:
scanned The War of the flea: A Study of Guer-
rilla Warfare Theory and Practice, by Robert Taber (New York,
Lyle Stuart, 1965) and found it a superficial, third-hand

of serious consideration.
