II. (U) Summary of Investigative Actions
1. (UHFOU0) On 12 October 2018, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) received

information from Office of Security (OS), derived through security processing, alleging

misused her access to CIA computer systems and a database to conduct unofficial searches on her brother.
2. (UHCIA-IU0) This matter was investigated as potential violation(s) of:
� (U) Federal law 5 U.S.C. �552a, The Privacy Act of 1974;
� (UHCIA-IU0) Agency Regulation (AR) 4-1, Standards of Conduct;
� (UHCIA-IU0) AR 10-10, Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII); and
� (UHCIA-1U0) AR 10-14, Access to and Release of Official Information.

3. (UHFOU0) On 25 October 2018, OIG initiated an investigation into this matter. The OIG's
investigation of this matter included

7. (UHFOU0) OIG did not refer this matter to the Department of Justice, as OIG did not
identify a violation of Federal law.

information be developed, the OIG may consider reopening the matter.
