A PAIGC HILITARY OPERATION AGAINST PORTUGUESE GUINEA IS VON BEING PREPARED AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF AMMUNITION ARE BEING ASSEMBLED IN CONAKRY FOR SHIPMENT BY SEA TO PAIGC TROOPS IN PORTUGUESE GUINEA. NO ONE INVOLVED IN THESE PREPARATIONS APPEARS TO KNOW THE OBJECTIVE OR TIMING OF THE OPERATION.)
