25X1 1. groups of up to 50 officers and EM continued to arrive in
Wuenscor. ~N 53/4 by rail. On 5 December, 25 officers, carrying lug age, were
observed going along Zehrensdorferstrasse toward the Panzertruppen Schule. They
wore crimson epaulets and, on t'teir lower left sleeve, a horizontal crimson rhumb
which contained a black P superimposed on a white circle. On 8 December, numerous
officers wearing crimson epaulets and soldiers wearing red-bordered black epaulets
with tank and artillery insignia and black-bordered black epaulets with engineer
insignia were seen in the Panzertruppen Schule on Highway No 96. Officer candidatc9X1
wearing black-bordered red epaulets were observed standing guard at the gate., rack
seen at the installation
2. On 8 December, the Lutz Kaserne on Highway No 96 was occupied by 4O0 to X trroops.
Their equipment included about 40 trucks.
3. On 3 December, numerous officers, mostly with tank insisgr ia, were observed passing the
gate of the Hindenburg Kaserne on Highway No 96. At noon, the officers, some of them
with their wives, went to the officers' quarters in houses Nos 188 through 194. About
20 uniformed Soviet women with black-bordered red epaulets were seen marching into the
Hindenburg Kaserne. Fifteen trucks forward left the 25X1 B

5. On 22 November, 10 trucks, left the
Cambrai Kaserne toward the Hindenburg Kaserne. The same trucks were later observed
at the Panzertrup )en Schule. They carried sand which was unloaded by Gerian women 25X1
