Appraisal of Content: 3. 1. The manager of the Air India International in Hong Kong became very upset over the crash of the Constellation that carried part of the Chinese Communist delega- tion to Indonesia; the pilot killed in the crash had been his best friend. The manager had seriously considered canceling the flight.1 2. The manager strongly suspects sabotage by the Chinese Communists.2 STATE 1. Washington Comment.
